About Us

Lamore Polygraph is a Texas veteran-owned and operated company based in El Paso, Texas, providing professional polygraph examinations, program management, and advisory services to individuals and organizations. The firm is led by experienced federal law enforcement and military professionals with extensive backgrounds in national security, criminal investigations, intelligence operations, and polygraph program leadership.

Lamore Polygraph was co-founded by Ana N. Moreno and Cristobal Lamboy, both retired Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Special Agents and fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Together, they bring decades of combined experience across federal law enforcement, intelligence, military operations, and executive-level program management.

Mrs. Moreno began her federal service as an Airborne Medic in the United States Army, where she developed a strong foundation in discipline, operational stress environments, and ethical responsibility. She later served as Unit Chief of the FBI Polygraph Program, overseeing nationwide polygraph operations and managing more than one hundred polygraph examiners and regional managers. Her career includes investigative work in cybercrime, violent crime, and major offender cases, as well as senior leadership assignments at FBI Headquarters. She was the first woman appointed to lead the FBI Polygraph Program, reflecting deep technical expertise and institutional leadership within the federal polygraph community. Mrs. Moreno conducts and supervises examinations in both English and Spanish, ensuring accurate communication and professional consistency.

Colonel Lamboy served 20 years as an FBI Special Agent and has served more than three decades in the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force, where he continues to serve as a U.S. Air Force Reserve officer. His career includes leadership roles within the FBI’s Directorate of Intelligence and Critical Incident Response Group, international deployments in support of Department of Defense operations, and extensive interagency liaison experience. Colonel Lamboy is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and supports Lamore Polygraph through strategic oversight, program management advisory services, and organizational assessments.
